E-Billing Sign-Up Form

This form is used to sign-up to receive property tax bills by email instead of by regular mail.  Changing to e-billing is voluntary. There is no requirement to sign-up for this service.

Receiving your property tax bills by email will allow you to easily file these important documents electronically for future reference. In addition, you will be able to access these bills wherever you have access to your email and avoid any delays incurred by regular post mail.
We see this green initiative as a value-added service to residents of OSM.

I/We,  authorize the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan to transmit all future property tax bills to the email address provided above. 
I/We have permission from all other property owners (if any) to enable delivery to the email provided above.
I understand that I will not automatically receive property tax bills by regular mail and that failure to receive a property tax bill via email does not excuse me from the responsiblity of payment of taxes, nor relieve me from the liability of penalty for late payments.
I accept responsibility for contacting the Township with any future change in my email address.
